Training is integral to our other services. All our interactions with customer personnel are two-way: as well as asking questions, we answer them. Whether we’re engaged in privacy audit, delivering operational work as part of privacy assurance or getting in at the outset as part of privacy by design, we make sure everyone involved leaves the meeting with better privacy knowledge.
Our focus is on making privacy practical. This means our formal and ad-hoc training are grounded in real-life examples, either drawn from our wide and deep experience of corporate practice or based on the client’s specific procedures and use cases. We train everyone from privacy champions to front-line staff to find the positive in privacy - to see privacy as an added value, not as pointless red tape.

Training is an ongoing commitment. Our privacy training programmes have built-in refresher cycles, bite-sized continuous engagement content and are supported by our readiness to engage with employees to answer questions and help guide their learning and day-to-day practice.
We ensure a detailed analysis of training effectiveness, helping our clients with governance and demonstration of compliance. We use a range of techniques ranging from assisting privacy offices and data champions with professional certifications through to surveys, pop-up quizzes and privacy red-teaming to assess broader organisational compliance.
