Associates support our clients by using their expert knowledge to handle client queries as part of our Helpline service, undertake privacy assessments and maintain client privacy records.

Graduate training programme

Open to applicants with a 2:1 or better in a humanities, natural or applied sciences discipline. The programme offers remunerated positions with training support to achieve an Associate position with the appropriate qualifications withing 18 months.

Consultants/Senior Consultants

Consultants and Senior Consultants draw on more extensive experience and certifications and are also involved in privacy assessments, and provide advice to clients as part of our Assisted Compliance service.

Business Development Manager

Experienced in enterprise solution selling in privacy, security or consulting? This exciting role will help us support our continued growth.

  • Execute an account-based selling strategy to leverage Securys’ existing brand investment
  • Collaborate to continue the development of outbound marketing, including events
  • Develop sales collateral, assisted by the marketing team
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their privacy challenges and requirements, and work with the Principal and SMT to scope these into engagements
  • Participate in the planning and execution of expansion into markets outside the UK
  • Assist nominated staff with developing their personal networks to drive growth in MQLs
  • Creation and execution of personal, sector specific, business development plans and campaigns
  • Development of opportunities through networking and events
  • Create proposals and support tender responses where appropriate
  • Attend Data Privacy and Industry specific conferences and events to increase your knowledge of the Industry.

Marketing Manager

Are you a marketing generalist, happy to get your hands dirty and support the marketing a growing international privacy consultancy, then this is the role for you.

Main responsibilities include but aren’t limited to;

  • Email: implement email campaigns both to prospects and to customers to promote the brand, and manage the execution from segmentation to design and execution
  • Website: manage the website to ensure it performs its function as an inbound platform by utilising the latest SEO techniques
  • Webinars: create webinars and other digital and social media events designed to build awareness, educate audiences and convert people into clients
  • PPC: establish and manage PPC campaigns through LinkedIn and any other suitable channels
  • Content: support the creation of content through agencies and internal stakeholders - videos, blogs, infographics, collateral, webinars
  • Social: ensure all social channels, particularly but not exclusively LinkedIn, are active and effective and that paid campaign support is delivering value.
  • Events: organise and manage presence at virtual and physical events and partner roundtables.
  • Work with third parties: brief and manage third party agencies and freelancers.
