European regulators are getting serious about Schrems II enforcement and this is a sign of what's to come for the UK. With just weeks left to secure an adequacy agreement with the EU, a no-adequacy Brexit seems more and more likely.
You can still reduce your risk by putting measures in place that will make your data transfers compliant. If you're not already well on the way to compliance in a no-adequacy scenario you probably won't get there come January but you will be in a position to demonstrate to the regulators and your customers, employees and partners that you have a roadmap.
